Hazard identified
Health Canada has established that that the recalled products do not meet labelling and packaging requirements for consumer chemical products under Canadian law. The 473 mL and 946 mL products do not meet child-resistant closure requirements and the 3.79 L does not meet labelling requirements.
The lack of child-resistant packaging and labelling requirements could result in unintentional exposure to this product and lead to serious illness, injury, or death.
Neither Health Canada nor C.C. Marine Distributors Inc. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.
Number sold
Approximately 818 units of the recalled 473 mL product, 537 units of the recalled 946 mL product and 61 units of the 3.79 L product were sold between August 2012 and September 2014 at various retail locations in Canada.

These products have been sold in Canada between August 2012 and September 2014.
