Product description
This recall involves the striped scarf by Sasha. This black, pink, orange, yellow and red striped scarf is made from 60% cotton and 40% silk, is 180 cm x 50 cm and can be identified by the SKU #6804120.
Hazard identified
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the scarf does not meet the requirements for textile flammability under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Neither Ten Thousand Villages Canada nor Health Canada has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.
Number sold
Approximately 263 units of the recalled scarves were sold exclusively at Ten Thousand Villages stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled scarves were sold from September 2012 to August 2015.
Place of origin
Manufactured in India.

Consumers should stop using this recalled scarf and return it to Ten Thousand Villages Canada for a refund.
