The lack of the required warnings could lead to improper use of the product and present a flammability hazard leading to fire and/or serious injury. The product is classified as spontaneously combustible and a rag with the product on it can catch fire on its own, with no outward flame source.
Health Canada has received one report of a consumer incident related to the use of this product. No injuries have been reported.
