Product description
The recall involves the Ove Decors la Palma 7pc wicker dining set. This Resin wicker/Aluminum frame patio set includes 6 armchairs and 1 tempered glass table top. The affected product can be identified by Item Number: 394734 and UPC number: 828796000536.
Hazard identified
The tempered glass tabletop can break or shatter unexpectedly, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
Health Canada has received two reports of the glass breaking/shattering. No injuries have been reported.
Ove Decors received one incident report. No injuries have been reported.
Number sold
Approximately 1,127 Units of the recalled product were sold exclusively at Costco Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from February 2013 through June 2013 in Canada.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected table and contact Ove Decors, for a free glass top replacement if they have not already received one.
Consumers may contact Ove Decors at 1-866-839-2888 from 8 AM to 5 PM ET Monday through Friday or by Email.
