This recall involves Thetford Premium Slide Out lubricant with SKU 32777, and UPC code 028985327776.
Hazard identified
The consumer product does not have proper hazard labelling required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of December 8, 2016 the company has received no report of incidents in Canada.

Approximately 4200 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold in Canada from January 2010 to November 2016.
