Product description

This recall involves the Max X-Line Lifeline. The Max X-Line is made from a 12 strand polyester rope that is blue with a yellow tracer. The end of the X-Line features an air hose attachment for pneumatic tools.

Hazard identified

The eye splice of the line may detach causing a fall hazard.

As of January 20, 2017 the company has not received any reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injury.

Number sold

Approximately 393 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold from March 2015 to October 2016.
