Paulinda Super Dough (Koala)

Product description

This recall involves Paulinda Super Dough sold in a kit containing green and yellow modelling clay and googly eyes to build a Koala figure.  The Super Dough kit can be identified by UPC 6930518924601 and model number 1571.

Hazard identified

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that Paulinda Super Dough Koala kits do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for boric acid in toys and may pose a toxicological hazard.

As of July 10, 2017, Reeves International, Inc. has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these toys in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 204 units of the recalled toys were sold in Canada at specialty retail stores.

Time period sold

The recalled toys were sold from August 2015 to October 2016.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and dispose of it.
