Product description

The vaporizers measure 5 cm wide by 9 cm tall by 2 cm thick and have a sliding battery compartment cover. The body and battery cover of the vaporizers are wooden and were sold finished or unfinished. The Firewood logo is printed on the bottom of the vaporizers.

Hazard identified

An electrical short can occur in the vaporizer, posing a potential fire hazard and burn hazard.

As of October 10, 2017, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Number sold

15 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold at Firewoodvapes.com from November 4, 2016 to June 29, 2017.

Place of origin

Manufactured in USA.
