Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Todd Snyder
Todd Snyder and Champion Men’s Reverse Sweatshirt
This recall involves men’s 100 percent cotton brushed fleece knit, long-sleeve, reverse weave sweatshirt. The sweatshirt has ribbed side gussets and a Champion applique logo on the left wrist.
The sweatshirt subject to this recall (Style Numbers KN04107000 or KN041) was sold in the following colours: Black, Midnight Navy, Park Green, Surplus, Vintage White, Washed Olive, Navy, Mast Blue and Crimson. The style number is printed on a care label on the inside seam of the sweatshirt.
The sweatshirts subject to this recall were sold in men’s sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.
The sweatshirts fail to meet flammability requirements for clothing textiles, posing a burn risk.
As of November 13, 2017 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
Approximately 40 of the affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 2,060 of the affected products were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from January 2016 to October 2017 by Standard Apparel in Canada or directly from Todd Snyder online and in the United States at various retail and online stores.
Place of origin
Manufactured in Canada.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sweatshirts and return them to Todd Snyder for a full refund plus a $50 gift card. Consumers who purchased the sweatshirts online will be contacted directly.

Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
