Product description

This recall involves Baby Toys Mini-Tambourines. The product is sold in a package of 8 orange, green, yellow, and purple mini-tambourines.  "ITEM NO. 813C" is printed on the front of the package and "ITEM NO. T1301" and UPC 064049013018 can be found on a sticker on the back of the package.

Hazard identified

Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the affected products do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for toys.  Small parts can break off the toys, posing a choking hazard to young children.

As of April 10, 2018, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these toys in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and discard in regular household garbage or return the product to the store for a refund.
