Callum Platform Canopy Beds and Callum Storage Canopy Beds
This recall involves Callum wooden canopy beds sold without the mending plate. The product was sold in twin, full and queen sizes with or without headboard and storage drawers. It was sold in three different finishes: Weathered White, Sandwashed Grey and Washed Black.
SKU numbers of affected product (104884, 106482, 107167, 107608, 107928, 107932, 107935 or 111553) can be found on the receipt.
The horizontal canopy rails of the bed may detach and fall, posing an injury hazard.
As of April 15, 2019, the company has received 1 report of canopy detaching or falling in Canada, and no reports of injury. In the United States, the company has received 29 reports of canopy rail detaching or falling, and no reports of injury.
Approximately 135 units of the affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 2,500 were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold exclusively by RH Baby & Child and RH Teen, both in store and on-line, from April 2014 to November 2018 and at RH outlets from April 2014 through February 2019.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using Callum canopy beds until the canopy has been removed, contact Restoration Hardware for an in-home inspection and repair by technicians. The company is notifying all known purchasers directly.
