The 1500 Watt heaters have three output options: low, high or fan only.
The heaters can overheat, posing a burn and fire hazard potentially leading to injury or property damage.
As of May 2, 2019, the company has received 5 reports of incidents and no reports of injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 25 reports of incidents and no reports of injury. In Mexico, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries.
Approximately 18,012 units were sold in Canada, 232,135 in the United States and 3,765 in Mexico.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the space heaters. Amazon will send emails directly to all customers that purchased the impacted products with instructions on how to receive a full refund. Amazon will send the emails to the email address associated with the Amazon account that purchased the product.
