Open on two characters made of food, Mr. Zucchini, and his companion, Milky.

Their bodies are constantly changing into different combinations of healthy ingredients.

Voice over: You know Milky, eating well can be fun when you make healthy choices from the four food groups.

The changes stop and the characters return to their original state, except that Mr. Zucchini’s usual hair has now changed into spiky asparagus. He rather likes his new hairdo.
