Product description

This recall involves TurboToe Steel toe caps in sizes XXS and XXXL only. The overshoe foot protectors are black in colour, with a purple or black steel toe cap.

Hazard identified

The two overshoe sizes and their respective lot numbers were found to not comply with the new CSA Z334-14 standard. As such, the product may pose a risk to the wearer.

Neither Health Canada nor Impacto Protective Products has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.

101 units were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold from January 1st, 2016 to May 10th, 2016.

Consumers should immediately stop using the steel toe caps and return them to Impacto Protective Products.
