Cars Lightning McQueen 2-piece Pyjama Set
This recall involves a 2 piece children’s pyjama, with an image of three cars (yellow, blue and red) and the inscription "Lightning McQueen" written on the front of the grey top with red sleeves. The blue pants depict repetitive images of the Lightning McQueen character, the number 95 in a circle and a yellow lightning strike. The following products are affected:
The fusing liner may detach from the back of the applique while still remaining attached to the side seams. This can create a loop within the garment whereby the child’s head and neck may get stuck between the lining and the neck opening.
Lemur Group inc. has received one report of a child whose neck got stuck in the garment. No injuries were reported.

Approximately 4852 of the recalled products were sold in Canada at Costco Warehouses.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold in November 2016.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sleepwear and either return it to the place of purchase for a full refund, or remove the fusing liner following the instructions in the picture.
