Product description
This recall involves the Winter and Spring 2016 Collection Bean Playsuits in the following colours: Black, Sterling, Cherry Jubilee, Pony Purple and Paradise Blue.

Hazard identified
The zipper tab/pull can become detached, posing a choking hazard.
As of November 21, 2016, the company has received 5 reports of the zipper tab/pull detaching in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 2,457 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled playsuits and return them to Peekaboo Beans to be refunded the purchase price. To receive a refund, complete the form which can be found on the Peekaboo Beans website, attach it to the playsuit and return it to:

Stylists are requested to return any unsold inventory to Peekaboo Beans and will be credited accordingly.
