Product description
This recall involves Little Giant Velocity™, LT™, and Liberty™ multipurpose ladders. The ladders have joints that allow them to bend and lock in various positions. "Little Giant," the model name, model number, and part number are printed on the side of the ladder.

Hazard identified
The ladder's locking pins/rung fasteners can fail, posing a fall hazard to consumers on the ladder.
As of April 12, 2017, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 6 units of the affected products were sold in Canada through a Groupon Canada promotion.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold in Canada from March 2016 to February 2017.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ladders and contact Wing Enterprises for a free repair kit. The repair kit includes ABS nylon inserts that the customer can install without the use of tools.
