This recall involves the "Touch of Nature" Fluffy Boas, consisting of sanitized natural feathers in the following colour and size.

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the boa does not meet the requirements for textile flammability under Canadian law. If exposed to flame such as from candles, matches or lighters, the boa could catch fire and possibly cause burns to consumers.
The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits the manufacture, importation, advertisement or sale of a textile product that does not meet the requirements set out in the Textile Flammability Regulations and other applicable regulations under the Act.
As of September 28, 2017, the company received no reports of consumer incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.
Approximately 429 of the recalled costumes were sold at Gale’s Wholesale and Gale’s Wonderland establishments in Saskatchewan.
Time period sold
The recalled boas were sold from October 2008 to September 2017.

What you should do
Consumers should not wear or allow their children to wear the recalled feather boa. The recalled feathered boas should be returned to Gale's Wholesale Ltd, 1602 Elliott St, Regina or Gale's Wonderland at 2002 Dewdney Ave, Regina for a refund.
