Product description

This recall involves the Compacta Yoya Baby Stroller – Pushchair in the color black, blue, peach, pink, gray or jean with the model number Zeeg0108. The affected strollers are identified by a manufactured date of September 1, 2016.

Hazard identified

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these strollers do not meet the Carriages and Strollers Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the strollers contain barium in excess of allowable limits.

As of March 16, 2018, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 80 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled strollers were sold from September 2016 to January 2018.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled strollers and contact their municipality for instructions on how to dispose of the strollers.
