Hazard identified
The controller may not shut down the boiler when it reaches the high temperature limit, potentially allowing it to overheat and posing a fire hazard.
As of October 18, 2018, the company has received no reports of boilers overheating in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received five reports of boilers overheating, and no reports of injuries.
