Luyten Resin Bath Stool
This recall involves Luyten Resin Bath Stools measuring about 16 inches wide by 11 inches deep by 17 inches high, with geometric cut-outs on the sides.
The SKU number 398753 was printed on purchase receipts and email order confirmations. There are no numbers or labels on the product.
The bath stool can break during use, posing potential fall and injury hazards.
As of October 2, 2019, the company has received no reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these stools in Canada.In the United States, Signature Hardware received one report that a leg of the bath stool bent and broke during use and one additional report that the legs of the bath stool bent in after use. No injuries have been reported.
Approximately 4 units of the affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 160 were sold in the United States.

The affected products were sold from August, 2014 to March, 2019.

Consumers should contact Signature Hardware to arrange for the product to be returned and to arrange for a refund. Signature Hardware is contacting customers directly.
