Product description

This recall involves Indigo branded "If I wasn't the best Dad/Grandpa" mugs.

The "If I wasn't the best Dad" ceramic mug is white with black inscription "If I wasn't the best Dad why would I have this mug?", has blue glaze on the interior and is further identified by the UPC 882709384526.

The "If I wasn't the best Grandpa" ceramic mug is white with black inscription "If I wasn't the best Dad why would I have this mug?", has red glaze on the interior and is further identified by the UPC 882709384533.

Hazard identified

The mugs may crack or break when filled with hot liquid, posing a burn or laceration hazard to consumers.

As of October 6, 2019, the company has received 2 reports of the "If I wasn't the best dad" mug breaking and the company has received 3 reports of the "If I wasn't the best Grandpa" mug cracking or breaking, in Canada. No injuries have been reported.

Number sold

Approximately 8313 units of the "If I wasn't the best Dad" mug and 7590 units of the "If I wasn't the best Grandpa" mug were sold in Canada.
