This recall involves VARIDESK Stand2Learn Stools adjustable-height stools ranging in height from 48 to 84 cm.

Hazard identified

A support bar on the stool can break, posing a fall and injury hazard.

As of January 23, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.  In the United States, the company has received 7 reports of the stool breaking and no reports of injuries.

Number sold

Approximately 300 units of the affected product were sold in Canada and approximately 4,700 were sold in the United States.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from June, 2018 to November, 2019.
