Affected products

This recall involves Magnet Game set consisting of a set of 12 magnets, which are different shapes. The product can be identified with Item number- KW9600, Part number MC3112 and UPC code 7 6853723112 9 found on the back of the package.

Issue

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the magnets do not meet the magnetic force requirements of the Toys Regulations and pose an ingestion hazard.

The results of swallowing small powerful magnets can be very serious and life-threatening. Swallowing incidents have often resulted in considerable damage to the gastrointestinal tissues and required emergency surgical treatment. For survivors, there can be long-term health consequences.

As of August 3, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy magnet set away from children and return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
