Reason

The ORT200/300 operating room table is specifically designed to provide an mr compatible platform for neurosurgical use for cranial and spinal surgeries. The tables are removable from the operating room and mate to a docking station installed in the floor of the or via a floor latch mechanism which contains 4 linear actuators. Complaints have reported an inability to dock or undock the operating room table from the floor baseplate, due to malfunction of the actuators within the floor latch locking mechanism.
